How do I save my dynasty?
Dynasty Desk saves automatically on your device. To sync across devices and back up to the cloud, create a free account under Settings → Account.
What is Dynasty Pass?
Dynasty Pass is an optional subscription that unlocks expanded customization features — including additional league settings, extended save capacity, and more re-sims per season. It never provides a competitive gameplay advantage.
How do re-sims work?
You get 3 re-sims per season on the free tier. If you don't like a game result, you can re-simulate it for a different outcome. Re-sims reset at the start of each season.
The AI articles aren't generating. What do I do?
AI articles require an internet connection. If you're offline or the service is temporarily unavailable, Dynasty Desk will display a summary instead. Try again when connected.
How do I report a bug?
Email us at support@dynastydesk.app or post in #feedback on our Discord server. Include your device model and iOS/Android version if possible.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@dynastydesk.app from the email address associated with your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.
